GENERAL PROVISIONS

All submitted manuscripts undergo a stringent peer-review process to guarantee the selection of articles that adhere to the elevated standards of the Journal “Advanced Education.”

The evaluation procedure is carried out by members of the Editorial Team and outside specialists in pertinent disciplines. It follows a double-blind protocol, ensuring that the identities of both reviewers and writers are concealed from one another.

Reviewers evaluate the theoretical and methodological dimensions of the paper, its practical relevance, and its scientific contribution.

Editorial board members may submit manuscripts, which will undergo the regular peer-review procedure managed by the editor-in-chief. Members of the editorial board do not participate in editorial decisions pertaining to their own contributions.

Manuscripts submitted by authors failing to meet the publishing criteria of the journal “Michad-Pechez Journals” will be disregarded. All submitted articles are evaluated for uniqueness using the specialist program.

The peer-review process is an essential component of our publication protocol. Upon receipt of a manuscript, the journal “Michad-Pechez Journals” conducts an initial prescreening by the Editorial Team to ascertain its alignment with the journal’s scope. Should the manuscript satisfy our minimum criteria, it advances to the review stage.

In the primary review phase, the Editor-in-Chief or a designated Section Editor transmits the manuscripts, with author identities and affiliations redacted, to specialists in the pertinent field of research.

Reviewers utilize an electronic assessment form featuring a checklist to guarantee thorough examination of all publishing elements. In the concluding portion of the assessment form, reviewers offer criticism and recommendations for enhancement, which are communicated to the authors while maintaining the confidentiality of reviewer identities. The ultimate decision will be one of the subsequent options: approve submission; substantial modifications necessary; minor revisions necessary; reject submission.

Authors may submit a reasoned response to the Editor-in-Chief if they disagree with a reviewer’s assessment. The issue is subsequently addressed at an Editorial Board meeting, and the manuscript may undergo further evaluation by an additional expert. The Editorial Board retains the authority to reject submissions if authors are uncooperative or neglect to address reviewers’ comments.

The Editor-in-Chief renders the ultimate decision about publishing, informed by the reviewers’ recommendations and the journal’s scope.

Papers sanctioned for publication undergo technical editing. The technical editor may implement modest stylistic or formal modifications that do not alter the paper’s content without obtaining the author’s approval. Galley proofs are dispatched to authors for endorsement prior to publication.
